Plain and short: we only use what you send us to talk with you about Adria Tech Arena. No selling, no surprises.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is your name, email, city, role, links you add (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio, or a website), the interests or support types you select, and your message. We also collect privacy-friendly, cookieless usage analytics (page views and basic events) that are not tied to your identity.
Why we collect it
To read your application or inquiry and contact you about Adria Tech Arena — the community, events, and partnerships you asked about. That is the only reason. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to newsletters or marketing without asking you first.
Your consent
You share this information voluntarily and consent when you submit a form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your data.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored securely with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database, hosted in Europe, and Vercel for the site). Access is restricted to the Adria Tech Arena team; the website itself cannot read stored submissions back.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission for as long as it is useful to the founding community and the programs you expressed interest in. Ask us to remove it and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. For anyone in the EU/EEA and UK, these are your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and we honor them for everyone.
